Wow, what a week. It's crazy that i have been in here for two and a half weeks but if feels like it has been pretty long. I am learning so much, and having so many experiences that keep me going but on top of that this week has had some down. My companion couldn't follow simple rules, he was aggressive when approached about it, and really he just wanted to sit on his bed in residence and eat chips and watch the Mormon Messages, or movies on LDS.org. That was all good until it came to him just getting up and leaving. That was a rule he just couldn't get a grip on. Once it got to the point of an argument, and eventually we got our Branch Pres. involved he hid on the toilet and than tried to fight me because I explained what was going on. Last night we got a companion change and things are looking better, though i'm sorry for the Elder who has to work with him now.
But on a happier note, life is still good, i wouldn't and haven't dwell on my last companion and because of that i'm happy. The MTC is still great and like i said so much to learn. I never thought of wording things the way we are now, and really because of how we are to approach different situations, I think i'm becoming a much better teacher. I can think about lessons or home teaching that i did before this, and I don't know how those went the way they did. I'm not home sick, but i'm not quite ready for the mission field, but I do know that every practice contact, and lesson has got dramatically better as the days go past. I know that I am where i need to be and that I have made one of the best decisions of my life to be here. OH, and for those who have heard about the illeged MTC orange juice. It's true, that stuff is the most powerful laxative in the world. I haven't drank anything near that stuff sense.
All-in-all, life is good. I miss you all and would love to hear back from everybody.
